If you receive a defective or incorrect part, we provide a streamlined exchange process to get your device back up and running as quickly as possible.

Return Process

    Verify Compatibility

    Double-check that the part remains in its original anti-static packaging and has not been installed or modified, as used electronic components are ineligible for return.

    Request an RMA

    Contact our technical support team through your account dashboard to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Place the item back in its original protective box with sufficient padding to prevent ESD damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the part's serial number and condition, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days.
